Description

Mit der „Mach mit!“-App bleiben Bürgerinnen und Bürger enger mit ihrer Gemeinde in Kontakt! „Mach mit!“ ist daher das Werkzeug für Beteiligung, Mitwirkung, Mitbestimmung und letztlich aktiven Einbeziehung von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern am Gemeindealltag.

Neu in „Mach mit!“: Direkter Chat! In der App ist eine Möglichkeit eingebaut, direkt mit der Gemeinde in Kontakt zu treten. Nicht nur können jetzt in Einträgen mehrere Kommentare verfasst werden (Antworten und Rückantworten sind möglich), sondern man kann auch mit der Gemeinde direkt kommunizieren.

Wie bisher, bietet „Mach mit!“ die Möglichkeit, Schäden und Mängel im öffentlichen Bereich, zum Beispiel Schlaglöcher, beschädigte oder defekte Straßenbeleuchtungen, Gefahrenstellen etc., direkt und einfach an die zuständige Stadt oder Gemeinde zu melden. Die Gemeinde ihrerseits findet in „Mach mit!“ ein effizientes Werkzeug, um solche Meldungen sowie deren Bearbeitung zu verwalten. Eine Mitteilung, bestehend aus Foto (optional), Adresse und Beschreibung wird direkt in der App an die zuständige Stadt oder Gemeinde weitergeleitet.

Bürger zeigen was ihnen gefällt! Mit einer „Gefällt mir“-Meldung werden herausragende Leistungen einer Stadt oder Gemeinde, sehenswerte Attraktionen oder – ganz allgemein – positive Wahrnehmungen hervorgehoben und berichtet. Die Gemeinde oder Stadt kann mit diesen positiven Meldungen auf ihrer eigenen Web-Seite werben. Darüber hinaus können Bürgerinnen und Bürger nun auch allgemeine Anliegen oder Beschwerden rasch und unbürokratisch an ihre Gemeinden richten.

Wie und unter welchen Bedingungen Meldungen von „Mach mit!“ an Gemeinden bzw. Städten weitergeleitet werden, finden Sie in unserem ENDBENUTZER-LIZENZVERTRAG (EULA: End-User License Agreement). Mit dem Herunterladen und Installieren von „Mach mit!“ erklären Sie sich mit diesem Endbenutzer-Lizenzvertrag einverstanden.
