I can't even make an account with their awful website, the site shows an error when it accesses my camera and tries to take a picture, I was hoping I could make the account using the app instead, but it redirects me to the website once again :), truly useless.

Terrible bank. Terrible service..... Actually no service. My husband has had an account for years and the other day he tried accessing their WhatsApp chat which has worked for years.... But now it doesn't work. They won't respond to their WhatsApp chat, I contacted them on FB and was told they can't contact their customers. He's emailed them and called them, but the emails are unanswered and his calls they won't accept. They have our money in their account but won't let us access it or communicate
