My doctor told me about this app on Monday to start using in conjunction with a new GLP-1 Rx, to make sure I'm getting adequate nutrition. I had planned to start the injections the following Monday, but wanted to see if I could move the scale just using the app. It's super easy to use, and by following the guidelines, I've lost 4lbs in 5 days...and will NOT be starting injections yet because it will EXCEED my weight loss goal of 2lbs per week!!

The latest update is troublesome! The developers assumed someone's macros may vary each day but that those macros are the same each day of every week. Not true for us Lumen users who use Macros First for our food journal! In the previous version of app, once I set my macros for my 4 rotating goals (low-carb, med carb, high carb, boost days), I just had to choose which goal I was assigned for that particular day by Lumen. Can't do that anymore. Please go back to offering goal meals.

I just wanted to log my breakfast but the app wouldn't let me add individual ingredients. I tried putting in my own recipe and there was no convenient way to add 3 eggs. Basic ingredients should be at the top, easy to find, and it should be simple to assemble a recipe in the app based on simple whole foods ingredients. I don't eat out of a box, I cook, and any decent nutritional app should make it easy to log whole ingredients.

UPDATE: I'm not referring to a weight loss goal. I'm referring to your three options, focusing on body weight (lose weight/gain weight/maintain vs lose fat/gain muscle/maintain, ) Technicalities matter to neurodivergent brains.
