Set up was a bit slow and glitchy but once I got in I've experienced no further problems. Schedule couldn't be more straightforward and the wristband top up is easy to work... When it's available. Overall, it's a good application that requires a little attention in some areas.

Hasn't worked in two years, I've never been able to log in and got error messages for any data I tried to enter. Useless.

The app will steal your money. Do not try to recharge your bracelet using the app. The qr scan won't work, and if you put in the code manually, it won't charge. I have been waiting to resolve the problem in front of the Recharge booth for the past 30 minutes, so that the person here talks with their tech support via WhatsApp. They even laughed at me, saying I should have come to recharge here at the booth. I don't expect to see my money back.

The festival is awful, the app is only bad. Never ever go (unless you love massively overpriced alcohol and piss soaked toilets).

No improvement whatsoever over last year's. The whole design is over simplistic with several integrated menus that display, separately, the same information that would be useful pin under one single chart. Some menus are just uploaded images without any functionality. Constant freezes and memory dump. The schedule is nothing more than a database scrollable table. So far topping up has worked. A lot of redundant commands
