Made O`Meter

Made O´Meter is 100% Non profit, ad-free, and driven by the community.
Born out of frustration and powered by the Danish Boycott movement, it’s a platform built for real change. Join us - let’s make an impact together.

MadeOMeter helps you instantly identify where a product is made and who really owns the brand- just by taking a photo. No barcodes, no typing. Just facts.

Built for the mission, not for profit - Made O’Meter is a non-profit, community-powered app designed to promote transparency in global supply chains. It exists solely to help conscious consumers make informed, values-based choices.

Probably the most precise AI product scanner - Other AI tools hallucinate. We don’t - Our custom-built system combines advanced image recognition with a verified database of over two million products and brands. If the product isn’t already in our system, our AI scans external sources to deliver the most accurate and up-to-date results possible.

Learns with every user interaction - The app gets smarter with each use. Made O’Meter features a strong feedback loop, allowing users to edit and correct product information directly in the app—similar to Wikipedia. Every contribution improves the data quality for everyone.

What you can do with Made O’Meter
• Take a photo of any product to analyze it in seconds
• Discover who owns the brand and where the product is made
• Get real-time insights even if the product isn’t already in our database
• Contribute to better data by editing and saving results
• Use a completely ad-free, neutral, and nonprofit platform

Born from frustration, shaped by community - Made O’Meter was created in Denmark during a weekend project in response to the lack of transparency in global trade. Since then, it has grown into a global movement—empowering people to shop based on values, not guesswork.
