First time I got sample milk, got delayed by 2 days as they informed me. They told won't deliver milk to sithalapakkam which is near to perumbakkam,, still they gave me the milk on this morning few minutes back. But, really disappointed on the milk it got spoil after heating the milk. I suspect this might be yesterday milk they gave to me and since they are not interested to deliver the milk to my location they didn't give us today milk to me. Just my thoughts

Mr. Sid and Kay, Please look into the delivery issues too. The WORST ever delivery experience. Milk will be delivered after 8.30am on Saturday and Sunday. Complained around 10–12 times in 45 days of subscription. One have to cancel all their prior appointments and wait for the delivery person just for the receipt of the milk bottle. They are charging the highest price in chennai and cant deliver milk on time.

We have complained at least 3 times in this one month about milk getting spoiled and quality issues and the problem continues. I subscribed for your milk because of the quality promise but quality of milk varies every day almost and milk got spoiled for 3–4 days in a row. Am I writing this feedback here to bring in attention to higher officials to take necessary actions as we loved your milk during first few days and hope you take the feedback seriously and retain customers.
