Firstly, the content is my target genre. All documentaries? Thank you! First month $1, and $5 after? Best priced app out there. I had an issue with closed captioning having to be turned on for each title and episode. I emailed and got a quick response that fixed my issue! (Thank you, Nancy!) If only all streaming services were so on target with use, price, and customer service! Have been actively recommending it to friends.

The TV app needs a lot of work, it's very buggy in its current state. Multiple points from the top of my head: - while watching a video, I can't just press the remote to show the title of the video - clicking on a recommended video after finishing one takes you straight to it playing instead of its title screen. This causes the app to go back to the previous video's title screen instead of the one that we just played (the recommended video) - some videos just stop all of a sudden.

Lots of content. Lots of INTERESTING content ar that. This is Def a bingeworthy platform if you love documentary type showes. My 3-star review only makes it to a 4 star. Great app, super amazing content. However, at 1st I could cast to my TV and watch there. Right from the app. Now I have to establish a connection outside the app and screen mirror my phone to my TV. That said one of the features being useless 1 star gone.

I subscribe to/pay for Magellan TV on Xfinity, but it only shows me "free" videos on my Element TV. So I tried the phone app here, but it won't let me log in. Says I don't have an account with my email address. Which is wrong, I pay for this service and I don't know why at this point. Guess I'll unsubscribe and just have access to the free content since that is all it will give me on the TV. I'm not going to pay for it twice. Such a bummer, I was looking forward to this phone app. Get it together!

I found some shows to watch but cuts off last 10 or 5 mins of all the ones I've watched and jumps to the next episode. I'm watching through app on my phone. I'm on a 14-day trial but don't think I will cont this if you can't even see the ending of a show.
