Its kinda buggy when u complete an assignment its doesn't sync and mark it complete, and I just had to Uninstall and reinstall the app. The concept is a great idea, so reps can stay refreshed and do training on the phone at any convenient time. Also for those who don't know u have to goto the t-mobile deal portal to get registration code

The app always says that I'm off the clock when I'm definitely on the clock. I have no idea how well the app works since I've never been able to log into it.

This app still doesn't work. I tried it again after a recent update and while it now allows me to log in and start a training, there is a pop-up from UKG every 60 seconds which says I can't continue because I'm not logged in. Clocking the retry button fails. I have to click retry a dozen or more times, and then it will take me to the 2fa screen again and log me back in. Then 60 seconds later, I get the UKG pop-up again.
