The tea is great, but the app and customer service are terrible. I tried to use the chat to inquire as to why I never receive my rewards. The chat stopped communicating with no answer. I have never had a more frustrating experience trying to purchase $150 of product.

Subscribed expecting a luxury, gift-ready tea experience as advertised. What arrived was a beat-up brown cardboard box with shredded paper, bent “gift” items, and zero presentation. I had to repackage it myself just to give it as a gift. This is misleading marketing. If you value quality or gifting, do not subscribe. I canceled and disputed the charge for goods not as described.
