Worked without a hitch until latest revision. Now after a few normal ops will crash if I touch Live or Playback. Too useful to abandon. So uninstall/reinstall, hope for the best. Never crashes on my iPad. Problem Might Be my phone. Works fine on new Android, but it will only accept admin credentials. Other users give bad credential message, user/password invalid.

Been using this app for several years now. Great access to make sure employees are safe and the property is secure. We have a storm drain that regularly floods during rain, and we are able to make sure our water pumps are doing their job.

I have been using the android tablet version and with the 9/27/21 update, the app will not retain the connection. It keeps returning to the home screen. I am unable to check on the cameras (27). Also, downloaded the macOS version for my Mac laptop. I am unable to work the controls to view history of a camera. I have not found any instructions for the Mac.

I just updated my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra. The app crashes when I switch between 4 camera view to 9 camera view or 16 camera view. It happens all the time on my new phone. It didn't happen before on my old Samsung phone. Please fix it. And let me know if I can help you with more information.
