Been using this app for several years now. Great access to make sure employees are safe and the property is secure. We have a storm drain that regularly floods during rain, and we are able to make sure our water pumps are doing their job.

Sometimes it connects Sometimes it doesn't. Very frustrating. As of 9-28 had to lower to 2 stars. App is terrible!!! 4/1/22 app seems to have been working as designed. I updated from 2 to 4 stars. Just wish I could get it to work on my Samsung tablet.

Worked without a hitch until latest revision. Now after a few normal ops will crash if I touch Live or Playback. Too useful to abandon. So uninstall/reinstall, hope for the best. Never crashes on my iPad. Problem Might Be my phone. Works fine on new Android, but it will only accept admin credentials. Other users give bad credential message, user/password invalid.

Would be a really good app, if it didn't keep crashing. I have to launch it about 2 to 3 times before it stabilizes and gives me a feed. Also, randomly crashes as I'm using the app, checking different cameras. When it does work though it works well.

5/26/2024 AGAIN, THIS APP IS NOT WORKING. IT WORKED FINE FOR A FEW MONTHS. FIX THE ISSUE THIS APP SUCKS... I HAVE A SAMSUNG PHONE. THIS APP NEVER WORKS. FIX THIS PROBLEM. I CAN ONLY VIEW THE CAMERAS ON MY TV. HORRIBLE APP/ PRODUCT.
