I've had magic Jack for nearly 15 years. I've used it to call back to Canada for emergencies and to deal with my cell phone, my credit cards, doctor's appointments etc. from 10 different countries in SE Asia and Central America. I have had to be on hold for 2 hours to get through to my credit card and cell phone company. That would have cost a lot in long distance calls and roaming on my cell. I use magic Jack around six times a month, but it saved me $100s a year. + family can phone me anywhere

I was using it but for some reason said that I don't have a subscription which of course I have and when I try to log in now says magic jack is not accepting sign up from my currently location, why is that happening?

Takes too long to make a call. It's not an internet problem. Because I have no problem with all other apps. Magic jack App has a problem

Absolute trash it charged my card and would not give me a telephone number and would not let me get into my account to even do it, and they have zero customer service if I could give worse than one star I would

Initially, left two stars. Had to go back and change to one. It's just horrible Too many missed calls. Luckily, when I am next to an actual phone, I can pick up it up. When I am away, regardless whether on cellular network or Wi-Fi, I get so many notifications about missed calls. I wish the app would be updated since there are no other alternatives. There are times when the app rings and the buttons aren't responsive, can't answer the call. In theory - simple, in practice - awful
