★★★★★ When making calls from Montreal to Montreal, the app was a disaster. However, I'm now in Europe and when I call Montreal the calls are crystal clear. Go figure.

Since September 2022, my Metro PCS service is horrible; cannot make calls (even from home), and my VMs are nearly impossible to reach, often taking me ten times to call. I now use this app for all calls and it works perfectly. As long as there is internet service in the area, my calls are 100% crystal clear, no interruptions, no dropped calls, and all VMs can be accessed on my first time calling.

★★★★★ I use this number for anyone who will call me asking for money or trying to sell me something. It cuts down junk calls significantly. When I use it the calls are clear. E Excellent price for home phone!

★★★★★ I am totally amazed at this app I have had a Magic Jack attached to my computer for probably 20 years and this app works 1000 times better.

★★☆☆☆ The service works well for phone calls. However, this app is NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE SHORT CODE TEXTS. Since two-step verification is now required for almost everything, the fact that Magic Jack can't send me a six digit verification code makes it almost useless. It has been this way for years, and it should have been fixed long ago.

★★☆☆☆ After using magic Jack for years the app has stopped receiving calls, text, and Voicemail notifications. Calls and voicemail are important to me as I answer these when I am not in the office. For me, no calls = no appointments. No appointments = no income. In the last 4 weeks this inoperative app has cost me at least $5000 in revenue. The worst part is that no one seems to care at Magic Jack. No responses to anyone who has emailed or left a review regarding this.

★★☆☆☆ Since I put this app on an android device, an incoming call can't be answered. When my screen is open there is no answer call button. So weird! If I can't remedy it, I might have to change to a different app.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to answer incoming calls. I can hear them but even with the app open there is no way to pick up the incoming call
