Awesome service and app. A+. I used the app in the Philippines, and was able to call and text to usa. You can also have your cellphone or house number forwarded to the magic jack #, an u won't miss a call while ypu traveling, of course.....as long as you data service where you located. :) Been using this device for already more than 10yrs, not problems, works smoothly. Wishing they can update the app, so you can send GIF files or images. 5/11/26, till this date I'm using the app, loving it

I'm a long time user (over 10 years) recently had many problems with MJ🙃, bad line, couldn't receive calls and background noise on the line. The web would not connect. It took a couple of calls to get back to normal. Voicemail now works as well 😁 all ok.

After all these years with Magic Jack, it is not accepting my password on my mobile. Having said that, I am logged into my MJ via my computer. It makes no sense!

Initially, left two stars. Had to go back and change to one. It's just horrible Too many missed calls. Luckily, when I am next to an actual phone, I can pick up it up. When I am away, regardless whether on cellular network or Wi-Fi, I get so many notifications about missed calls. I wish the app would be updated since there are no other alternatives. There are times when the app rings and the buttons aren't responsive, can't answer the call. In theory - simple, in practice - awful

I was using it but for some reason said that I don't have a subscription which of course I have and when I try to log in now says magic jack is not accepting sign up from my currently location, why is that happening?

Locks up constantly and calls are too unclear to use 3 of 4 times. Support isn't helpful or easy to work with. That was in 2021. In 2026, it's still cheap and bad. Both service and support have gotten worse. Google voice is free and 1000 times better.
