Po objednaní služby dostanete obratom prihlasovacie údaje prostredníctvom SMS alebo emailu, prihlásite sa do aplikácie Magio TV a môžete službu naplno využívať.
Dostupnosť a kompatibilita Aplikácia je dostupná pre mobilné telefóny a tablety s verziou operačného systému 7 alebo vyšší a pre televízory s operačným systémom Android TV 7 alebo vyšší. Z dôvodu ochrany obsahu (DRM) aplikácia Magio TV nefunguje korektne na zariadeniach, na ktorých bol vykonaný „root“ - na týchto zariadeniach sa prehrávanie Magio TV nespustí.

The app only allows 2 devices being linked to the account. Average user has for sure more than 2 devices (phones, laptops, tablets, tvs etc.). I always have to shuffle with devices, which is super inconvenient. App also doesn't allow casting to a tv via any route (chrome cast, mirroring). I pay fair amount of money to be able to use my account comfortably, and it is absolutely impossible with all the obstacles developers are imposing on average user. No other app is this user unfriendly.

Doesn't work on tv despite what the gift of CANAL+ sais. Neither the login page, nor the link it provides work, and you get redirected to their main page instead when trying to use it. The manual logins keyboard is terrible, and only after suffering through the login the app admits that it is unavailable for tv. It's just as useless as a year ago.

App not supported on any android box I have. It does not work even on popular Czech android box Tesla!!!
