Oct. 30 update did not fix this issue: When aiming, instead of bouncing off the top edge, the balls now show they will go side-to-side instead of a downward trajectory. There have been no updates for almost 2 years, so not sure what has changed.

Game definitely cheats. there's no balls left but it won't go to the next level, and they make you keep buying balls or replaying the same stage when there's nothing left. I guess this happened with the most recent update or something? IDK but probably will uninstall because it's not fun re-doing the same stage over and over again after you've already beaten it just because the app is glitching. ALSO, I turned ALL sound off because I hate noise, but it still very much plays the sounds. it's so annoying!

Game mechanic has changed. The game used to bounce balls off the top if the screen and back down correctly. Now, when I aim at the top, it bounces horizontally instead of back down... :(
