Comments on MAH Field Sales and Services for Android

★★★★☆ Bernard chukwu · Aug 20, 2026

App needs urgent fixes: 1) Transaction history no longer shows for customers. 2) Receipts don't display customer name or IUC number. 3) Can't print or share receipts via WhatsApp. 4) Some features shown in previews aren't enabled in the actual app. 5) Password reset takes over a week when locked/expired — needs a self-service option. Please address these, they're affecting daily field operations."

This app was good, but it has many malfunction and missing features: 1. Transaction history never worked 2. No option for checking the end of the subscription 3. Status of a new subscription take 30 min minimum after the payment to change into ACTIVE 4. An upgrade canceled or not paid it's not possible to come back again and pay for it, downgrade or renew the current subscription.
