Helpful information for IBS symptoms management. Simple to use.

SCAM!! This app lets u spend 4 whole days completing session one then oc there's a catch and it's not free the other 9 sessions are locked unless u have a prescription I cant afford that, so this is just a scam it's not an app that really wants to help anyone and it waited 4 days of my time it fails to mention this until you complete session one which btw hasn't helped me in the slightest.

I was really thrilled the first 2 days as tge app has a lot of good info and exercises. But now on the third day, the app no longer works...which of course has exacerbated my IBS
