★★☆☆☆ This app itself has many bugs, once you make payment, it doesn't get updated immediately. At one place, it shows Payment is paid and if you go to file complaint then it shows you have arrears. Third class service for app as well as Electricity by MSE DCL.

★★☆☆☆ A Million MINUS STARS to Mahavira. Daily several power cuts, power fluctuations, dim power issue. Daily complaints to customer care number but all in vain so improvement in service. Why Mahavira can't provide standard service to common people. They just want to loot us by advance billing, unreasonable hike in per-unit consumption of electricity. If you can levy late fees, hike in cost on us, then you should deduct 15% of our electricity bill for frequent power failure and bad service.
