No star advance in spite of better score

Glitches need resolving. On many occasions when beating the goal you only get one star, it's frustrating! On many games I have repeatedly beaten the goal, but never get more than one star.

First off.... I love this game when it worked. Hasn't done that in approx. two months. Now the game will NOT open. I've deleted the app and then got it back. The problem started when that new format was installed when some days cannot be solved. Please fix the game....
