★★★★★ The email service is great, and I'm actively using it. However, the main drawback is that it requires a phone number to create an account. It would be better if there were options to log in either with just a password or with an SMS code. That said, overall, it's a solid service!

★★☆☆☆ Have used mail cloud for years and had been given 100Gb of storage free for lifetime. However, they are removing 100gb now and leaving only 10gb. All or part of files over 10gb will be deleted, unless I pay subscription for extra storage. What a joke this company! I cannot even connect it with any of my file managers to be able to move files to other cloud without downloading to my phone. Avoid them, unless you prepare to lose your files.

★★☆☆☆ Do not use this as your email platform. They have one of the worst support in existence. A couple of days ago I was hacked, and the hacker attached his email as a backup into my account. I try to contact the support and remove that email, but they said that they couldn't because it was a security issue. Now I have been blocked out of my email and I cannot access my account unless I contact support. Now I told them this issue they said they couldn't do any anything about it. 3 days and no hope of rec
