EDIT 12/27/23 App is functioning normally again. ***** As other reviewers have mentioned, the app no longer functions for me (Pixel 8 Pro, Android 14, December Update) at the time of writing this review. Score will be changed once patch has been released. App will allow sign in via fingerprint or password, but will often spin as if loading, and then quickly crash back to the home screen.

Starting in Dec 2023, it won't run on mine or my wifes android phones. Just closes before we can log in.

Ever since the technology upgrade, the Android mobile app has been trouble. After entering my username and password it tries to connect but nothing happens. Sometimes if I wait 15 or 20 minutes it will connect. Then I have to wait another 15 minutes after choosing to deposit a check. I tried reinstalling, clearing the cache etc. with no success. Tried it on my wife’s Android phone and had the same trouble. I thought to try it on my Apple iPad, and it did work as it should.
