It doesn't open on my phone (yes it's compatible) no matter how many times installed and uninstalled it or clear the catched fix it please I don't want to be force to return my product

The developer hasn't fixed a bug on the app and the app won't open so my son can't use the car, I'll be returning the car, such a pity
