Why they don't develop this app more function, sometimes I tried to review the movie time it doesn't work, very difficult to booking ticket from app they allow only ABA bank (so how bout another bank user) when I booking and wait to payment also get eror, one more thing when I can't complete the payment my booking seats was stock can't book again anymore, please upgrade this app more function and easy to booking 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 very bad experience from this app

I purchase the tickets 2 days in advance through the app for the good seat selections, Everything went through. The confirmation email was received that my purchase is successful, my money is deducted from my bank account. On the screen day, I went to the Cinema to claim the ticket and the staff said my purchase is not successful because of the app errors. Very bad experience, They ask me to switch the seat to the bad location one that they keep for substitute. Refund was impossible. Pre-purchase the ticket though this app is useless Because of poor quality app development and system and the way the Cinema Staff try to handle the problem is unacceptable. Please try to improve the app development. If the ticket purchase is not successful, show the massage that the app the booking is not successful. So the customer know in advance.
