At first, it was great then direct deposit was added and card will decline Everywhere! I've tried to contact support chat which is useless it seems they answer when they want! Called customer support, I didn't even get to talk to anyone because I was waiting for literally more than an hour at 8am for someone to answer and nothing! VERY DISAPPOINTED NOT WORTHY OF A ☆ IF YOU COULD FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO AT LEAST FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY CARD THAT WOULD BE A START!!!

I have had a nightmare trying to make deposits the retails ask for American ID if not you are not able to deposit more than $150 (that means you have to pay for lots of litle deposits) CVS and Walgreens do that. The Dollar Generall is more practical, but usually they said there are over their limit, and you can not make a deposit for $500 or more. Complicated ! And just because I try to make deposits the app blocked my user, and you can not open it for contact support 🙃.
