I had a very disappointing experience with the Make My House Services and team. The architecture and engineering service did not meet my expectations at all. The design quality, communication, and planning were poor. The support from the team management was also very bad and unprofessional. Responses were delayed, issues were not handled properly, The company seriously needs to improve its architecture quality, engineer support, and customer management.

Communication problems, not respond your messages/calls after payment done...not helpful as expected before. Looks not customer friendly. Team Leaders... Channels or something Experienced Professionals gaps. Bakehouse App also having many glitches. It will impact their business growth if their service will not be corrected.

They have an extremely brilliant sales team. But the delivery team sucks. For every small change we have to wait for at least 2 days. Communication is pathetic. Many times, I get frustrated since we can not directly call the planners or architects. Every small change takes many days. Very bad communication system.
