★★★★★ It has been 5 years since I have been using MMT services. The best feature I like is the gift card. It is easy to purchase and a perfect gift for anyone. I recently gifted this to my friend who got married. It was lovely gesture "He Said", they went to Mauritius using the gift card as one of the payment method. Maybe you can just work on the delivery time of the gift card. Rest was superb. I have also used gift card multiple times, and it is smooth and hassle-free. Regards
★★★★★ I got some promo codes from MMT which were valid for a year. I missed to use the promo code on time, and it got expired. The amount was 10K. Here is what I experienced. I escalated the matter to the company and requested for an extension of promo code. I was trying to book a last minute flight with Indigo and the price was high. Hence, it was important to get some discount. To my surprise MMT team helped me and exted the voucher for few days just to ensure I could use the ticket. I am so relived

Initiall, I had an issue with the customer support however, to my escalation team did assign personal assistance who helped me to complete all the formalities. I visited Thimbu, and Punakha. ★★☆☆☆ I booked bus ticket from mmt first my bus arrived late and then the drunked conducted asked more money
★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience: Worst Service by MMT I booked and made payment for a hotel a week prior to my visit. On the day of checking I was told by hotel staff that I will have to pay more as price is increased. I informed this to mmt support, and they told me that they can't do anything and I will have to pay extra money to hotel or will return my money back that I have paid. This is fraud and scam done by MMT and hotel to get extra money from customer.
★★☆☆☆ Very worst experience with MMT as booked bus ticket of Santana Travels which got punctured at 2am and there is no response till morning 7 am, same has been addressed through ticket in MMT. Without any action MMT was closed the ticket with discussion. Very much inconveniences caused.
