The app was broken for a while on older printers, but it's working now. The features are pretty basic but they work. The app allows me to monitor my MakerBot mini and load filament or repeat a print without being on my desktop. That's really all I need the app to do.

Confirmed junk, non operational $1,000 MakerBot SKETCH is useless. Our school computer lab thankfully has another Old Replicator Mini that HAS A USB CABLE TO CONNECT DIRECTLY TO YOUR COMPUTER. As opposed to the App only universe we live now. Also NEVER forget your password, their website is old and busted you may never be able to reset - so you'll never be able to select/ setup a printer.

STOP REMOVING FEATURES Stop bringing new software with less options, settings, and adjustments. This is the only 3D printing company that does this (I'm looking at you, MakerBot Print for Windows), and for price of the Rep+ 5th gen, this should never be the case. Deleting this and using the old app. Nice work.

It does work, but is very very limited. Only allows you to see your printer and that's about it. If tools were implemented where one could extract or install filament then it would be useful.
