UNINSTALL IMMEDIATELY. IT IS A VIRUS AND IT MESSES UP YOUR HOME SCREEN AND DOESN'T LET YOU UNINSTALL THE APP. What to do: 1. Find the app on the app store/play store and uninstall. 2. on android devices once the app is gone, go out of play store and when it asks you which "home app" to use, press "One UI Home" then "Just Once" so if it's not the one you can change it the next time you exit an app. 3. It should show your home screen completely normal now. I really hope this helps!
