5/5 stars! 🚍 Makkah Buses is super convenient, affordable, and efficient. Clean buses, friendly drivers, and great routes. Real-time tracking in the app is a lifesaver! I worked in Makkah Mukarramah for 3 years and enjoyed the service even when it was free. Now on Umrah, I'm loving it again 😊 I noticed this minor but important grammatical mistake back in 2022 but didn't know how to reach out to suggest the fix. P.S. Might want to update 'Makkah Bus' to 'Makkah Buses' - حافلات is plural"

Very bad experience with them no buss want to stop into station 01 bus batha Qureshi, and I try to make complain no one answer just make record I wish I take ticket money back

Very good Application ... Very Bad Ticketing and Product Management ... not professionals. The daily, weekly and other tickets WERE NOT AVAILABLE SHA'ABAN 1447. THEN no explanation where to get them. Do the Street Vending machines work or are they ALL VANDALIZED? نحن نحب الوطن و نريد ان تبهرونا فلذلك لا بد من قول الحق لتحسين الوضع لا يوجد وضوح هل التذكرة ساريه من وقت الشراء اون لين او عند لتفعيل التذكرة ...هيا بنا الي العمل و التحسين

Bad experience at first specially & need more dev. Lines are not clear on the apps nor on bus stations. Some drivers don't give any advice or welcome. Too complicated for elderly & families who want to take the bus. Specially from & to Haram.
