Since update, the application does not recognize my password. I have to use the 1 click option. But then once I receive my 6-digit code, I have to come out to see it but the link has gone. I had to use 2 mobile. Change it back or fix the password issue. FYI. Was working super well before.

Can't even log in. I've already created an account at least 3 times on the last 3 to 4 years. They change the app, the website, and nothing works, all your data to log in Scrabble somewhere, doesn't seem to exist. They say that you'll get an e-mail to set it all up again but nothing ever arrives (not even spam). Sick and fed up with this useless app/site, I just need one thing and I can't even get in... And the costumer service is not much better. No stars would be more accurate

When my reimbursement gets denied for failure to add a document (apparently Décompte security social is insufficient), the demande gets a green mark as "Trainee" and you never get a notification that it was denied. Extremely shady practice, probably leading you to forget about the reimbursement. For shame!
