Haven't used the app, but love Mama's Pizza in Plano. All the other locations don't make it right, so I drive past the closer location to go to Plano for my Mama's Pizza❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Someone must have updated this app. It took a few minutes for my order to go from Pending to Accepted, but they did receive the order.

This app needs to be completely rebuilt from the ground up. I tried multiple times to send my order and all it would do is scroll to the top of the screen. After closing the app and starting all over it finally sent. I get to the restaurant and while waiting for my order I notice the loyalty code on the monitor. I tried no less than 20 times to enter the displayed code and all I would get was "invalid code". Invalid? I was looking right at it! Uninstalling this garbage app.

Absolute worst app there is. Don't bother. Seriously just don't. I've tried about 20 times to use the thing and nothing will go through. A complete and total waste. I have no idea why there's no option to order directly from the website like every other pizza place in the free world. Don't bother with the app just pick up the phone and place your order.

Couldn't believe I'd missed this. 30 years since I'd had one, and it was a wonderful memory. But this? Sooooo NOT wonderful. I wished I'd just stayed with the memory.
