You have to fix the connection issue once and for all.

★★★★☆ Roy Whitt · Sep 4, 2026

App Is Very Flexible. I've had a Luba 3 5000h for a few months. The robot and app are not without issues but get the job done. My rating is for the app. I wish it did some additional things and other things better, but it does well for what is needed. I've had no real connection issues. My half acre lawn is covered from the house by two Asus Zen WiFi_XT8 units that provide good connectivity to the mower at every extreme of the lot. I wish the live map feedback were local rather than server based.

★★★★★ Robban Oscarsson · Aug 18, 2026

It's pretty good. My mower just keeps doing what it's designed for mowing grass. There is an option to get multi turns back. Just search the net.

★☆☆☆☆ Gordon Jessup · Aug 6, 2026

Mam motion continually releases app updates that delete or break functions of their hardware. The latest update removed multi-point-turn to "Improve Turn Safety" after someone was irresponsible with their toddler and blamed the mower for bumping into it. With this feature gone the mower now chews up the edges of the lawn by doing "tank turns" and constantly slides out of the mowing zone as it tries to turn around. The mower is great, but I would not buy it again due to the app headaches.

★☆☆☆☆ Kenneth Bell · Aug 15, 2026

The mower great the app stinks here is the information on stopping the auto mapping on the lawn. They removed it so u now have to manually mapping your yard if u have more than one area. So it is a robot push mower.
