Description
A fast and powerful app that lets you explore the famous fractal known as the Mandelbrot Set. Allows you to pan and zoom (with tap and pinch), and change the number of iterations with the volume up/down buttons. Also allows you to preview the Julia set corresponding to any point on the Mandelbrot.
Offers two modes of rendering the Mandelbrot set: - Simple double precision, with limited zoom but very fast performance. - Arbitrary precision with GMP and GL shaders, unlimited zoom, but slower performance.
Recent changes: - Added another Mandelbrot rendering mode: using GL shaders, with arbitrary precision and unlimited zoom.

A good Mandelbrot app, though hard to swipe at first, the experimental one was easier to control. Although, it's very laggy at the experimental and the simple one was quite hard to swipe, and I got some inaccurate placing on the experimental, like random spots appearing and straight up a distorted bulb that just became a Celtic, still great though nonetheless

This is a really good Mandelbrot app! But I still discovered some bugs. For me on my phone, I can turn up the iterations with my volume buttons. But scrolling normally only puts 2116 as the max iterations, but using the volume buttons can make it go infinitely, which causes a lot more pix elation and lag. Despite this, it is a great Mandelbrot app as I said before.

Awesome app; love it. Feature request: pinch to zoom on a chromebook's touchpad doesn't work. It would be awesome to make that work. (I don't know if it's possible yet since android apps on chrome os are still fairly new.)

On the normal zoom the screen becomes pixelated even if touched, the touch zoom is horrible cuz it lags too much, there's no ads but don't download it just in case

No ads, sort of clean, but other than that it's just a picture you can zoom in on, it's very limited and doesn't actually go infinitely like an actual fractal, very disappointing.

It's not even a generator. You can zoom in until you see blurry images.
