I would love if the watermark was moveable, or somewhat like memetic (in Terms of placement) Otherwise super fun app to color and mess around with manga pages and create your own aesthetic and takes zero efforts or artistic sense

All it does it blotch 1 or 2 colors in various spots while leaving the rest of the picture black and white. You'll have better luck with Colorize even if it's not manga/comic specific.
