The app is simple enough and easy to use, had a straightforward experience for my first order. Still feels like a new service that needs time to become really full-fledged as some not all sellers and regions are available (marked as coming soon), but what's there shows great promise. The novelty of drone delivery on its own is cool, but even better is that it's quick, and you can schedule it. Hope it continues to get better and more widespread!

2nd time to order off manna, this time just coffee and cake, unfortunately the cake this not arrive with the coffees, I was able to contact them, and it was sent to us straight away with a second cake on the house and bottles of water. Very efficient company, nothing better than sitting out your back garden getting your coffee delivered to you. Thank you 😊

Was very excited to order first time. And it was quick and pita pit food was warm. Second order from jumbo took 30 min and arrived cold. Probably not Manna fault, but was disappointed.

Worthless app barely functions and u can just about get a 1 liter bottle delivered very pricey delivery fee for 45 cent order. If I could give it 0 I would. Also having drones constantly flying about is so noisy

Neat idea but living beside one of their headquarters can be quite irritating having a drone flying right above your house every 10 minutes or so as they are quite loud (louder than a helicopter). A suggestion would be for them to stick to flying above roads, so that it would disturb fewer people, and it would still be quicker than conventional car delivery, but ultimately the design of the drone needs to be worked on to be less noisy. The drones are definitely not quiet as advertised.
