The app is very simple to use, extremely simple to supplement my balance with my card, tho the all should have a custom balance set up, so I can supplement an amount I want instead of the limited 3-50 euro at the time (for example buy 1 euro or 2 with decimal points or even a button to buy the same amount 2x+ times).

I love this app it helps me do everything with just a single click, but something keeps happening I order 10 EUR of pildyk but the next day like 2 euros is MISSING which is very confusing and annoying especially if I want to buy something

The internet speed on my unlimited plan is only 2.63 Mbps, making the service practically unusable. I also don’t want to call customer service, but you leave customers with no other way to contact support. Why is there no live chat or chatbot?

Don't believe the good reviews. We ordered a data plan for EU and immediately our Lithuanian talk plan got cancelled... What the heck??? How am I supposed to call now. Finally, the data plan ended, and now they require to send a paid SMS to restore the plan. So you need to top up your account and the minimum amount costs almost the same as the new plan! SCAMMERS. They also stole our VIP number - the app said the plan will be activated but never was. Support ignored it. Tele2 - NEVER AGAIN.
