Very convenient app to check on bills, notices and talking to Customer Service. Must say that Customer Service also is much quicker to respond via app posted messages rather than calling them, what makes everything so much easier.

There is no English or Russian language in the app, just Latvian. The name of the App is "Men Tet" and it is under the letter M, not T where you would expect it...

They suggest a link to read more and it doesn't work. Increase the prices without give a chance to cancel the agreement which is mid-agreement.

Very bad service. For the last two months now, I am unable to automatically pay. The expiry date of my credit card has more than a year left, and I rang to customer service a month ago and nothing had changed even after promising to fix it.

They have widget that shows current electricity price. It doesn't update automatically, which wouldn't be a big problem if I didn't have to log in with my smart I'd every day to see the price. Tested on two phones.
