Don't even bother if you're looking for repair manuals similar to Haynes or Chilton. These are PDF files for *some* manuals, not for all you'd need to repair and maintain your Explorer. One of them was an article someone wrote about diagnosing ignitions. There were only 7 docs for a Ford Explorer, one of the best-selling SUVs.

It's a CLOSE approximation of a useful app. It's basically an online storage for *some* PDF manuals for cars, but the database itself is very, very limited. I did an easy search, just for Subaru manuals, and it doesn't have anything but a handful of specifics, small segments for things like drivetrains or electrical diagrams for 3 cars made by subaru. (no narrowing down by year mind you, just... every cross trek or WRX manual ever, but only 4 of them). Cool idea, very poorly executed. Needs work.
