· Gestionar tu seguro mediante comunicaciones personalizadas para que estés siempre al día.

· Pedir una cita o una autorización para una prueba diagnóstica.

· Hablar con un médico por videoconsulta o a través de un chat para resolver tus dudas inmediatamente y sin desplazamientos.

En definitiva, una nueva app para que usar tu seguro sea cómodo y cuidar del bienestar de tu salud sea una prioridad.

Estas son algunas las principales mejoras que hemos incorporados en la nueva app Mapfre Salud para cuidar de ti y de los tuyos:

· Cuadro Médico: nuevo buscador en función de las necesidades de cada persona. No es lo mismo buscar en el cuadro médico para acudir a urgencias que para ir a una consulta de un especialista.

· Cita Médica: simplificamos el proceso de pedir una cita desde la app e incorporamos la geolocalización, para que de una manera segura, puedas encontrar citas próximas disponibles más fácilmente.

· Autorizaciones y Reembolsos: incluimos notificaciones específicas para que tramitar alguna de estas dos gestiones sea más transparente.

· Telemedicina: incluimos 5 nuevas especialidades de chat médico que ayuden a la prevención de enfermedades (Nutrición, Entrenador Personal, etc,) y, además, integramos la videoconsulta inmediata 24horas en la nueva app para que puedas hablar con un médico de urgencias rápidamente. Ambos servicios disfrutarán de la receta electrónica si así lo considerase el profesional sanitario.
