★★★★★ I love using it to talk to far away friends and family. Plus I love the new innovations... continued play while on another screen, transcripts, AI summaries. Love it do much and use it almost daily.

★★★★★ I adore Marco Polo for me, it's a way to connect with my daughter 2000 miles away and do it while doing other things I include her in things I'm doing that she isn't available for at the moment yet still gets to see what I'm doing and going through, and she does the same including me in moments of being able to watch the grandkids blow out the candles on birthday cakes and a bunch of other stuff. So for us, we love love love it.

★★☆☆☆ I really loved this app in 2019, when it was fresh. My long-winded friends could be sped up thanks to 2x speed. I could go back and watch some really great conversations thanks to the archive. Now, I have to pay to scrub and sped up my friends polos, and pay to keep my memories. Badly done, Marco Polo. This isn't the heart of your app.

★★☆☆☆ Used to be a good thing, but it's nothing but a money grab now. They are charging outrageously for the same services others offer free. So Marco Polo I hope your company fails miserably leaving you nothing but your greed
