Android bonus tracker screen shows incorrect values swapped which ended me losing eligibility due to different terms and condition as I moved extra few dollars to CD from saving. After talking to 4 reps and 1 senior reps only 1 was able to figure out, but it still not fixed. So disappointed with team as iOS shows right values but Android not and team not raised to technical team the issue to fix and I ended up also losing my bonus amount even after not moving funds out of Marcus.

Atrocious customer service and arrogant management. I was a new customer when I was promised a $25 credit to fix an issue shortly after opening my account. When I followed up, a pompous member of the management team flatboat refused to honor the credit-no accountability, zero professionalism. Just straight-up attitude!! Talking to this management team was an absurd experience. Their behavior was downright appalling. I will never recommend Marcus. The lack of integrity was astounding!!
