Takes forever to transfer money to and from an external banking account. Interest rates aren't that great.

Android bonus tracker screen shows incorrect values swapped which ended me losing eligibility due to different terms and condition as I moved extra few dollars to CD from saving. After talking to 4 reps and 1 senior reps only 1 was able to figure out, but it still not fixed. So disappointed with team as iOS shows right values but Android not and team not raised to technical team the issue to fix and I ended up also losing my bonus amount even after not moving funds out of Marcus.

Absolute multiple person screwup by Marcus. They could not get a wire transfer together for a week! At first, they said they don't do wires only ACHs. Then they don't work with trusts. Some bank, huh?. Representative flat out lied to me. They think all trusts are business accounts. Very poor training of reps. it's a roach motel. You can get your money in, but you have a hello fa time getting it out. Many hours on the phone over the week explaining to reps how banking is supposed to work. Stay away!
