Update: Have not gone to Marcus in quite a while, partially because this app and rewards program is a joke. Most recent gripe, if you load a gift card onto the app, it does not show balance. What's the point then? Many flaws with this app even with the recent reboot. I agree with others who have issues with this app. Most recently, I tried to use the app to upload a gift card and check the balance of another. Any gift card you load to the app, you do not have a balance for...you have to vsit the website or have your phone scanned at the theater What is the point then of purchasing tickets through your phone?? Terrible app. Instead of Mr. Marcus saying thanks for coming ..put those marketing dollars towards app development.
