It's just showing a white screen when I try to open it I don't know what to do I have uninstalled it n reinstalled it I really don't k own what to do please help me thank you

I am having some trouble with the deposit feature. When I click on deposit, the only option that it gives me is to accept money from an individual. Am I going to the wrong place, or is anyone else having this problem? This was my main reason for getting this app and setting up mobile banking.
