The app is good overall, but improvements are needed. I prefer browsing freely without being pushed to buy. Product images must match reality.no AI or misleading photos. Please add a section for buyer reviews and ratings. Support both Arabic and English for easier search. Expand the catalog, as many items I want are missing. With better flow, authentic visuals, reviews, languages, and more products, the app can truly shine.

Terrible shopping experience. The prices are extremely high compared to the official websites of the brands, sometimes more than double! Shipping fees are ridiculous: the more items you add to your cart, the more the shipping cost increases, instead of being free or flat like in most stores. Worst part? Each item is shipped separately on different days, and you pay separate shipping for each! I ordered two products: one arrived on Wednesday, the other on Friday, each in its own package

My confirmed purchase was unexpectedly canceled after a 24-hour delay, with the stated reason being a lack of stock. Coincidentally, the item was immediately relisted on your platform at a higher price. This sequence of events, where the original order was canceled only for the item to reappear at an increased cost, strongly suggests that the cancellation was price-driven rather than due to a genuine stock shortage. This practice is unacceptable and feels misleading
