The app is good overall, but improvements are needed. I prefer browsing freely without being pushed to buy. Product images must match reality.no AI or misleading photos. Please add a section for buyer reviews and ratings. Support both Arabic and English for easier search. Expand the catalog, as many items I want are missing. With better flow, authentic visuals, reviews, languages, and more products, the app can truly shine.

I’ve ordered several times on this platform and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. Out of three orders, two were wrong: the product I received was not the one I ordered. This issue happens far too often and shows a real lack of quality control before shipping. A refund is not a solution if, when reordering, the same problem happens again. It’s frustrating to waste time and not receive what you actually paid for.

If I could give 0 or even -1 stars, I would. Terrible experience: my order has been canceled almost 6 times recently. Neither the app nor the website works properly. When I add an item to the cart, it suddenly shows as unavailable. When I try to pay, the payment fails. When I go back, all products are shown as unavailable, as if I had already purchased them. Even when I choose cash on delivery, it shows a payment error. Very disappointing.

I used a coupon of 30dhs for a 33.80dhs when the package arrived it was 33.80dhs,the same price I told them why it was this price when I used a coupon they told me it's the delivery fees that's crazy I won't use this app ever again
