Definitely helps out the small businesses with keeping customers organized for the price. They have add-ons that you can choose to use that increase sales. No-brainer. Wow! Love this for my general contracting business. Organizes customers and jobs, tracks income and expenses, tales care of all my invoicing. I like having my invoices ready to go as I complete the job. I can just text or email it right to them. I get paid on spot🤑 Shout out to Julia who works tirelessly answering questions on their FB group and emails. Got my question answered immediately. With pictures! Killer customer service!

Integral parts of the system will unexpectedly go down preventing business owners from being able to send invoices or estimates. Customer service "thanks you for your understanding" and that's about it. There has been a bug for over a year when contacts added on desktop do not sync, I've reported it multiple times. I wish I had used another CRM when I started my business! Too expensive for the bugs it has.

So now they are just randomly scheduling customers we have not had for a long time. Mark ate is absolutely worse software ever!.
