The upgrade is total garbage! I can't even log into my account, I've tried severally, but it keeps saying "invalid password". I even had to change password thinking I had forgotten my password, but it still not letting me in

Broker's service is very poor. If you place withdrawal request then your withdrawal may be pending for 5–7 days also. Customer care will also not help you.
