Although skeptical about online insurance, this one has surprised me. Everything is so easy and straightforward. The app has everything you need, and you can contact the chatbot if you have a query, and it is dealt with promptly. For example, monthly payment going to be late ? This was no problem and an extension was put in place with ease. I will CERTAINLY be staying with them when my renewal comes around.

Avoid Marshmallow if you value your insurance record. I reported a minor error in my day of birth immediately. They corrected it, increased my premium by £36.77, issued amended documents and allowed cover to start. Days later, they reversed their decision, cancelled the policy and charged £130. I was left facing insurer-initiated cancellation, serious financial loss and replacement quotes of £2,900–£3,000. Worst insurance experience I have had in Britain.

Avoid insurance with this company - there's no way to cancel auto-renewal apart from chat. This is worse than wine52.

Pathetic Customer services, I recommend you guys to never use this policy. They are scammers and will cancel your policy midway without any valid logical reason. It seems more like a fear policy instead an insurance policy, you always feel insecure using marshmallow. I have provided them all verification documents, and it was done, after 3 months they cancel the policy saying your details are wrong, then why you have approved at first? Why you have canceled it after 3 months?
