My experience with Marshmallow Insurance has been very poor. The company promises good service, but in reality the support is extremely disappointing. They do not have a proper customer helpline, so if you have an urgent issue you are forced to use chat support, where replies are often very delayed or sometimes ignored. They also make it very difficult to manage your policy or make changes through the app. When I changed my vehicle, they refused to transfer my insurance.

Price increase yearly with a structure of fees I would call dodgy as heck. AI chatbot instead of people Random "Marshmallow Fees" they'll take out as soon as you want to cancel. To avoid, may your company go bankrupt.
