Martingale Ruin

🎰 "Just double your bet after a loss, and one win recovers everything — isn't that an unbeatable system?"

Martingale Ruin lets you watch exactly why that 'sure-win' betting system eventually wipes out your entire bankroll.

The rules are simple. On a European roulette wheel (a single 0; even-money win rate of 18/37 ≈ 48.6%) you bet on
an even-money outcome like red or black. After a loss you double the next bet; after a win you reset to the base bet.
You grind out small gains — until one long losing streak makes the bet size explode exponentially and your balance hits zero.

▣ Great for
· Anyone wondering whether a "sure-win" betting system can really work
· Seeing expected value, the house edge, and the gambler's fallacy come alive
· Probability or statistics class demos and presentations

▣ Features
· Real-time balance curve — watch it climb slowly, then collapse in a single moment
· Metrics: rounds played, current & peak balance, next bet, wins/losses, longest losing streak
· Choose starting bankroll (1M/5M/10M), base bet (10k/50k/100k) and simulation speed
· Save results to SQLite and compare ruin vs. survival runs
· A clear explainer of why Martingale always busts (house edge, exponential growth, gambler's fallacy)
· Free, offline, Korean/English

▣ Note
· All amounts and bets are virtual numbers for exploring concepts and are unrelated to real gambling or investing.
· No accounts, no personal data collected (advertising identifier excepted).

Math doesn't lie. Run the "unbeatable" system and see how it really ends.
