My experience was really awful, they delayed us for two hours before leaving Nairobi to Kampala 25/7/24, the 7.30 bus then the bus was so old and slow and not even spaced, and it broke down on the way and the tout and driver were really rude we got to kampala after 4 hours delay, and as if that is not enough they went to offload the luggage first, and we had to wait for another one hour in thw bondage warehouses so that they can then take us to the stage.
