Description
Masimo SafetyNet is a secure cloud-based platform that allows providers to remotely manage patients using customized interactive digital CarePrograms.
CarePrograms offer a digital replacement for traditional home-care plans and are delivered to patients’ smartphones. The CareProgram actively reminds patients to follow their care plan, automatically captures monitoring data from the tetherless Radius PPG sensor, and securely pushes the data to clinicians at the hospital for evaluation.
Radius PPG sensors, powered by Masimo SET® measure-through-motion technology, provide continuous respiration rate and oxygen saturation monitoring via a tetherless, single-patient-use sensor.

The App itself is NOT "user-friendly" and worse than that, the human "support" is even unfriendlier. I had two experiences with women giving "support" after the initial setup, and they were quite rude and tried using intimidation, to force me to use their App. The App basically takes advantage by gathering your personal information, rather than aid you in your personal needs... furthermore, the App doesn't support the hardware I used to measure my vitals.

App doesn't seem to be usable unable to enter information for my Virtual Hospital. Attempted to contact Massimo. But just got a message referring me to a helpline. yeah I have nothing better to do than spend three hours on an Asian helpline. Not using the app. I have to send my information to the virtual hospital by email.

Lame app. Only would let me enter one week then it was done. Not user-friendly. If you missed something. It would tell you missed something. But not what you actually missed.
