After using Hits mobile for about 10 years, without problems, they have been taken over by Masmovil. A few months later, my packages haven't been renewed, even they notified me by sms that they would do so! Mobile Internet stopped working and calling has been charged by minutes. While the app from Hits offered packages within a few clicks, it's a pain in the a..., to obtain a package with Masmovil. Since this is now costing more than it should be, I'm probably going to switch to another provider.

Has become useless No longer works. No balance reported, no usage information. Unable to top-up. No support. 5!6 STILL NOT WORKING despite promises that it is being worked on. No customer service. No doubt they will cease my line because I cannot top up. App is absolutely useless.

Advertised as being in English, not true. Could never get into app. Have uninstalled it. Will be changing to a competitor who does have English version of their app.
