I'm very disappointed in their service. Each shirt listing says to choose brand for basic tees, or can upgrade to a bella tee. I ordered 2 tees, chose a listed brand for each & chose sizing based on brand. I was told they can't guarantee brand when I sent an email, even though it specifically says to choose your brand. I explained if I can't get the brand I chose, 1 tee needed to be a size up. Now, 1 tee does not fit since I did not get brand I chose, and they did not size up & can't be returned

I placed an order on August 3rd for 4 items. The turn around time was a 16-18 business days, putting it at the end of August to ship out. Today is September 30th, and I just got my order. But, I have 2 items that were missing and found two refunds in my account. I received 3 different tracking numbers. I sent multiple emails asking questions and did not receive any back. There is not a number to call the boutique, and you can't send a private message on Facebook Messenger.
